Why We're Going

Our lives have personally been changed through our relationship with Jesus Christ and we have found the Christian journey to be a wild and rewarding adventure. We have both tested the waters of a life apart from a loving God. And we have found that a life without faith in Christ is a life of frustration, colorlessness, emptiness, and apathy. But a life with Christ is bursting with hope, vivacious color, and joyful fulfillment. We have a strong desire to share our hope and joy with others.

We also feel a strong personal pull towards European countries and have an affinity for European culture and history. Having served in the Czech Republic before, we feel a connection with the Czech people.

Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved... How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:13-15)
